The UFC will once again bring in the new year with an exciting, action packed night of Mixed Martial Arts action. This year they will bring in 2011 with UFC 125 on New Year Day (January 1, 2011) and the card is beginning to take shape.
The night will be headlined by a lightweight title fight between Frankie Edgar and the only man to defeat him, Gray Maynard. The card will also include a co-main event fight in the heavyweight division between Shane Carwin and Roy Nelson. Also on the card are fan favorites Clay Guida and Chris Leben in two exciting fights plus a light heavyweight clash between Brandon Vera and Thiago Silva.
UFC 125 will be held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Tickets on Sale to the general public on Saturday, Oct. 23 at 10am PT.
