Tito Ortiz’s “Last Chance” Moves to UFC Fight Night 24

It has been confirmed that the bout between Tito Ortiz and Antonio Rogerio Nogueira has been moved to UFC Fight Night 24 in Seattle. The matchup was originally expected to take place at UFC 128 in New Jersey but has since moved to headline UFN 24 on March 30, 2011. The night is also expected to be the premiere of Season 13 of “The Ultimate Fighter”.

Following his unanimous decision loss to Matt Hamill back at UFC 121, many speculated we had seen the last of “The Huntington Beach Bad Boy” due to his inability to claim a victory in his last five fights. Ortiz still feels his career isn’t over and will look to show that come fight time.

Not only will the fans be looking for something exciting to happen when the two step inside the cage, so will UFC President Dana White. Fighters are now being held to a higher standard within the promotion. Each and every fight could be their last and for the former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion, it couldn’t be truer. If he is unable to show the dominance he had years ago, this will undoubtedly be the last time we see him inside the Octagon.
